The Return of the Blog™️

Hello! After 3 years of not using the blog feature of this website, I've decided to bring it back. And NO it's not because this is mandatory for a class like the previous posts were lmfao. I just like to talk. :-)

I've found that I just really like talking about the things I make and do, so writing in a blog like this makes sense to me.

"But gdoodlez! You have a Tumblr! And you have a Bluesky! And you have Threads and Cara and this and that and-" YES, I know.

If you don't already know this about me, it's that I really hate having to post on multiple social media. The only socmed I've managed to latch onto has been Instagram, and that's really only because of how many of my friends are on there, and partly because of nostalgia. I've been on there since 2015 (jfc) and I've unfortunately grown attached 🙃

Posting on the other socials is just too tiring after doing this for so many years. I'm just tired, man.

Not to mention the post format restrictions! You want me to write this as a Bsky thread? No thanks :/

Though I suppose Tumblr is the closest thing. But I already have this website, and while this website was only made to host my animation portfolio at first, it has since expanded to host a few other things I do, so why not do a blog? It's my website, and I get to choose what I do on it, dangit !!

Anyways, all this is to say, I'm gonna start using this more lol. I doubt I'll be suuuuper active... but we'll see.
